Machine description:

no dead angle,convenient for washing and disinfection,and meet GMP requirement.

4.Use automatic anti-bottle mechanism with bottle collecting device,raise the production rate,the 

machine is equipped with 2stepless speed adjusting motors,one is used for adjusting rotary speed of unscrambling plate, more quickly for the rotary plate,more quickly for bottle-out,otherwise,they are more slowly.there is a detection Photoelectric switch,detecting whether bottle is blocking on the conveying belt, if that's the case,the motor of the unscramblingplate automatically stops,if bottle is 

missing,it automatically feed the bottle. 

5.A anti-bottle blowing device at the exit of bottle-out,it blows out inverted bottles back into the bottle unscrambling plate,ensure the bottle mouth upward for the bottle on the conveying belt.
